Each university, its own workspace
Each institution's records are separated by the database itself, not only by the application code.
PraxeumOne course. One company. Every decision on the record.
Praxeum is the AI marketing simulation where student groups compete for market share earned by the quality of their marketing decisions, assessed against the instructor's rubric and decided by the instructor.
Example with a fictional brand: the parts of a student brand come together into a brand board, an AI assesses it against the rubric, and an instructor releases it to the group.
Students learn the theory of marketing in lectures. In Praxeum they practise it.
Each group runs a company for the length of the course, makes a marketing decision every week and answers for it. The instructor marks the work against their own rubric and decides what the group sees.
A strong marketing course already does the hard part with its cases and its discussion. What it rarely has is the time to give every group detailed feedback every week. Praxeum adds that weekly rhythm and leaves the judgement where it belongs, with the instructor.
AI has made a polished document easy to produce, so a single document says less than it used to. Seven weeks of decisions that build on each other say far more. The instructor sees how a group thinks, and whether a promise made in week one still holds in week seven.
No one ever learned marketing from an answer key. You learn it the way marketers do: by standing behind a decision, then making it better.
Praxeum, from praxis: learning by doingThe story moves forward, but the rhythm holds. The instructor sets the levels first; any AI assessment comes after, as a check.
Around one table, students argue it out and commit to an answer. Every field comes with guidance and an example.
StudentsBy default, the instructor sets a level on each criterion against the course rubric before any AI assessment can be seen.
InstructorThen, on a calibrated week, the AI assessment appears beside those levels with each difference marked. The instructor releases every result.
AI assessorFeedback in hand, the group revises once, and the better attempt counts.
StudentsTraditional business simulations score the numbers. Praxeum reads the reasoning behind every decision, against the instructor’s own rubric.
Each week writes a new chapter for the same company, so a promise made in week one still has to hold in week seven.
Illustrative example with four fictional brands, each run by one student group. In Week 4, QuietCurrent (Group A) priced one step under the leader and sold a two-pack for the office fridge. The instructor marked the decision Proficient without seeing the AI's level, then saw the AI assessment, which was also Proficient, and released it to the group. QuietCurrent's share of the market rose from 23% in Week 3 to 34% in Week 7.
| Brand | Week 1: | Week 2: | Week 3: | Week 4: | Week 5: | Week 6: | Week 7: |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| QuietCurrent, Group A | 25% | 24% | 23% | 26% | 29% | 32% | 34% |
| Ferngrove, Group B | 25% | 27% | 29% | 28% | 28% | 28% | 29% |
| Sunmill, Group C | 25% | 26% | 26% | 25% | 24% | 22% | 21% |
| Tallgrass, Group D | 25% | 23% | 22% | 21% | 19% | 18% | 16% |
All seven weeks and the market simulation are in the product today. AI assessment joins each week once that week passes calibration.
One rubric runs through all seven weeks, designed around the AAC&U VALUE rubrics and AACSB assurance of learning. Five clear levels and the evidence behind every mark, so a grade means the same in Week 1 as in Week 7. Once each week passes calibration against a qualified human marker, the AI assesses against it. The instructor always has the final say.

Marks shown are illustrative.Higher education has its own rules for courses and student records. Praxeum was built around them from the start.
Each institution's records are separated by the database itself, not only by the application code.
Administrators and instructors confirm every sign-in with an authenticator code.
By default the instructor marks first and the AI checks after. No feedback reaches a student until an instructor releases it.
